developer finance option allows you carry up to 40% of the
purchase price over a 15-year period. With real estate
values in San Juan del Sur increasing as much as 20% or more
each year the past five-years, our competitive fixed rate of
only 8.9% enables you to secure your villa and pay just like
you do at home – with a low monthly mortgage payment.
