PRIORITY RESERVATION AGREEMENT
Paradise Development Holdings, S.A. (PDH),
is currently taking a limited number of priority
reservations for the Phase _____ Villas Viscaya. Any
reservation taken and accepted by PDH will guarantee
the holder of such reservation the purchase price
listed below. Reservation holder will be required to
submit a $5,000 reservation fee to PDH within seven
(7) days of date of reservation.
On receipt of reservation fee, PDH will forward a
Real Estate Sales Agreement to the reservation
holder outlining all terms and conditions of sale.
The reservation holder will have 21-days to meet the
scheduled down payment listed on the Sales
Agreement. In the event that this down payment is
not met within 21-days or a reservation is
cancelled, PDH will charge a $2,000 cancellation fee
and the remaining $3,000 will be fully refundable.
