Bassoon in deposits does not have to alarm

Economists consulted by the PRESS on the subject of the diminution of the deposits in the financial system, agree in affirming that it is a normal phenomenon.
 

 

 

Eduardo Montealegre, deputy and ex- minister of Property, maintained that the reduction of the deposits is not alarming. “It is necessary to see the estacionalidad and it is not possible to be compared from one week to another one, is necessary to see if it is list payment or not”, he indicated.

Jose Adam Aguerri, president of the Nicaraguan Camera of Commerce (Caconic), also indicated that the fall of the deposits is something “normal”, mainly because finishes occurring a change of government.

According to numbers of the Supervision of Banks (SIB), the deposits in general registered a reduction of 156 million of córdobas in six days.

The economist René Vallecillo confirmed to the PRESS, that the deceleration in the sector construction will negatively affect the level of use in the country. “Acordate that in the construction of houses of social interest, by each direct use is generated five indirect ones”, explained.

It showed that between the preoccupations the speeches of some presidents who have visited the country, so the case of Mahmud Ahmadineyad, President of Iran, and the one of Venezuela stand out, Hugo Chavez.

Also the economist and ex- vice-minister of Property, René Vallecillo, agree with Montealegre when indicating that when in a country the sector construction is debilitated, “he is very worrisome”.

“If querés to see a country in developing growth and, fijate in the construction, if the construction goes above for the country goes for above”, Vallecillo declared.

ALERT SIGNAL

Jose Adam Aguerri, president of the Chamber of Commerce of Nicaragua (Caconic), indicated that the bassoon in the constructions must, mainly, to the phenomenon of the elections.

The ex- minister of Property insisted on which most important he is than the population feels calm of which the President (Daniel Ortega) is going to only demonstrate that there has been change of regime but of no government, therefore a financial stability can be recovered the confidence and be obtained.

“It must have a commitment with the financial stability and the institucionalidad of the country, that is the most important factors in the tranquillity”, indicated.

In as much, Vallecillo said that the bassoon in the constructions has to do, also, whereupon the budget has not been approved.

“At the moment one is working with the budget project and not yet it is known with certainty which is going to be the final budget and that influences in the public and deprived investment”, it maintained.
