Filing harshness

Deputy Wilfredo Navarro commented that the encounter between the PLC and the ALN was used for “seeing aspects that talk about to the unit and a joint performance, on a par of which is filed harshness in the National Assembly”. The ALN was the second political force in the presidential ticket, but the PLC is it in the parliament.

The opponents Partido Liberal Constitucionalista (PLC) and Alianza Nicaraguan Liberal (ALN), the past made Thursday one first bipartite meeting in search of an approach to face so much in the parliament as in the municipal elections of the 2008 in front Sandinista governor of Liberación Nacional (FSLN).

Both liberal organizations are faced from the last year, when they went separated to the national elections and facilitated the return to the power to the FSLN and Daniel Ortega, loser in three consecutive votings.

The differences, now in the parliament, allowed that the FSLN obtained a prorogation to the Law Marco, thus congealing until the 20 of January of 2008 a series of constitutional reforms that trim attributions to the Executive authority.

GOOD NOTE?

Eliseo Núñez Hernandez, member of the ALN, said yesterday that the encounter reached note of 70, of a maximum of 100.

“Not only we treated deeper subjects of large stone bench, but subjects. In an analysis from the 0 to the 100, I it described it with the 70 percent”, maintained to Núñez Hernandez.

The legislator by the ALN, added that next to the PLC they have 47 deputies in the parliament, thus will take the sufficient time for “platicar” and looking for coincidences that they unify to the opposition.

“The Front Remembers, only has 38 votes, then it is than fundamental more that we agree the PLC and we. The approach of yesterday (Thursday) was very, very positive, we have advanced enough”, affirmed to Núñez Hernandez.

The PLC and the ALN have raised new reforms to the Constitution and agree, so far, in being against to the immediate presidential re-election, that is said looks for the FSLN for Daniel Ortega.

PLC: POSITIVE with the encounter

On the other hand, the first vice-president of the PLC and first secretary of the legislative director, Wilfredo Navarro, also described as positive the bipartite encounter.

“The result of the meeting is positive to look for agreements, because what has occurred in the parliament, to attack and to leave to us in theater box the Sandinista Front, it is a thing that it has to surpass itself”, it mentioned Navarrese.

Nevertheless, the legislator indicated that one of the problems that the PLC has in the negotiations with the ALN it is the multiplicity of voices.

Navarrese he said that the PLC already chose to a negotiating commission, that it and Jorge Castillo Quant integrate, president of the PLC, among other people.

“The problem with the ALN is that they have three spokesmen, three people who speak of different way and that debilitates the process of approaches and agreements”, assured Navarrese.

Also the ex- candidate to mayor by Managua, added that to go divided to the PLC and the ALN to the municipal elections of the next year, “we are clear that we are going to have a tremendous blow with the mayorships”.
