China Continental wishes to invest million dollars in Latin America to make sure its natural resources, but the leaders of the continent are mistaken if they think that the ideological similarities will guarantee one long collaboration to them, since the Chinese interest is opportunistic, according to the Web of the group hongkonés “Chinese Economic Review”.

Indeed, according to Chinese official sources, almost half of the investments of the country in the outside is destined to the Américas.

“The Chinese interest is tie to finite resources, reason why if the ideologized leaders impel their political agenda based on long term projects with China, they can be whereupon that interest dies with petroleum”, wrote the monthly one specialized of the publishing group founded on 1990 in the ex- British colony.

According to the publication in Internet, “no government of extreme left or carries far right has been able, from Mexico to Argentina, to solve the problem of the poverty, and in almost a century the economies have been incapable to take off”.

Beijing unfolded diplomatic efforts and financial (president Hu Jintao in the last spent six years more time in the continent that its homologous George W. Bush) “to gain the hearts and the minds of the present Latin American political leadership”, it added.
