“Interchange of shrapnel” between Baltodano and Valle Mónica Baltodano (MRS) and Mario Valle, now allied of the FSLN, carried out yesterday a verbal fight, that some deputies of the PLC described like “a lawsuit between piñateros”.       Baltodano first blamed Valley to be infiltrating of Lenín Cerna in MRS, to receive money of the FSLN and to try “to destroy” to the alternative forces. “This gentleman does not represent the large stone bench of MRS, is infiltrating of Lenín Cerna in the rows of our alliance to torpedo it; treasonous sacred, at the most treasonous to its better friend, the man whom to him his with guarantee deposited: Herty Lewites, that gave the life by the democracy in Nicaragua”, maintained Baltodano. Valley responded to him: “To me that they register, because to me the FSLN never has given to nothing in my life (...) My house me I paid month to it to month, I to me I do not have foundations with piñateadas houses”.

PLC against means     “Since started off we have received an attack `festinado' of which the virtuous circle of the information, that I call the vicious circle of the disinformation, treating to deslegitimar what has been called the liberal constitutionalists we do”, deputy Wilfredo Navarro said, in clear attack to the PRESS and Channel 2 of television.

With one moved to three bands, that Mario Valle included to the deputy, the Sandinista Front of Liberación Nacional (FSLN) and Partido Liberal Constitucionalista (PLC) obtained yesterday the total control of the director of the National Assembly, when obtaining five of the seven positions in period 2007-2008.

The sandinistas René Núñez Téllez (president) and Dawn Palaces (second secretary), the representatives of the PLC, Wilfredo Navarro (first secretary) and Oscar Moncada (second vice-president), and Juan Ramon Jiménez (third vice-president), assumed yesterday from the five positions nails, leaving “boxed” to Alianza Nicaraguan Liberal (ALN) with two directive positions.

Also, the alliance Sandinista Renovador Movement (MRS) remained with the empty hands in the parliamentary director. The ALN placed in the first vice-presidency to Luis Narrow streets and in the third secretariat to Javier Vallejos.

THE PLAY

At the time of selecting to the third vice-president, MRS proposed Enrique Sáenz, but of last hour Mario Valle (enemistado with MRS) Ramon Jiménez proposed to Juan, who had the endorsement of the FSLN and the PLC.

Deputy Mónica Baltodano (MRS) and Eliseo Núñez Hernández (ALN) accused FSLN and PLC to break a previous agreement, that she established that Sáenz would be elect in the third vice-presidency.

“They transgress the agreement (...) we are serious, we fulfill our word. Where is La Paz and reconciliation of the Sandinista Front? , one is taking offense to us, it is being humiliated to us”, it demanded Núñez Hernandez.

“CHANCHADA”

While Baltodano assured that the decision the FSLN, to endorse to Jiménez and not to Sáenz, it must to that supposedly they are interested “in destroying” to the large stone bench of MRS, because “they are scared to him to four worthy deputies”.

“True it is chanchada, a worthy one of the image of this parliament, we do not soil more. This that is happening is chanchada, for that reason people say that (the Assembly) it is a chanchera”, said Baltodano.

Edwin Castro, coordinator of the large stone bench of the FSLN, and Maximino Rodriguez, head of large stone bench by the PLC, evaded responsibilities around the election of Jiménez instead of Sáenz.

The argument of both legislators is that MRS proposed two candidates, although Victor Hugo Tinoco and Baltodano does not know to Mario Valle like member of that large stone bench.

“It is an internal problem of that large stone bench and we are not going away to inmiscuir and had the option to choose between both that was proposing the same large stone bench”, it affirmed Castro.

Jiménez commented after its election, that will insist on remaining in the large stone bench of MRS to solve the differences arisen in the session from yesterday.

This delegated controversial was mayor of the Rosary, Carazo, between 1982 and the 2000. Between 1982 and 1996 it represented the FSLN, and from 1997 to the 2000 to Mrs.

VALLEY TO THE LOAD

The deputy Valley maintained that he proposed to Jiménez to have greater confidence in him and accused Baltodano, Tinoco and Sáenz of not being next to Herty Lewites when he disputed the presidential candidacy to Ortega, in representation of the FSLN in 2005.

“ Where was MRS when Herty Lewites, when we were fighting ourselves in primary against Daniel a Ortega? where was MRS? It was in the Convergence, taking cafecito, while Herty was in the street”, maintained Valley.

During the session of installation of yesterday, some deputies of the PLC, remembered to Daniel Ortega who fulfills his promises of campaign, related to “peace and reconciliation”, which was interpreted by some sectors like a public request of an amnesty or some other method to release to the criminal Arnoldo Alemán.

On the other hand, last night the General Contraloría of the Republic informed that the deputies gave their respective declarations of probity. During the juramentación session, the contralor Linen Hernandez and the president of the Electoral Power, Roberto Rivas, said that four legislators were pending.
