President Enrique Bolaños leaves the Presidency of the Republic with regular notes according to the qualification of the citizens, according to the last survey of M&R made at the end of last December.

Divided in their opinion, the Nicaraguans consulted consider that Bolaños partially fulfilled his promises of campaign.

Although the official data on the economic growth of the country, the foreign investment and other profits in that area, are the points that Bolaños emphasizes more, the population has a poor information on the subject.

Many of the encuestados ones are not safe if really it improved the image of Nicaragua, a third of them thinks that the red tourism really surpassed numbers in this administration, and only a 41 percent says to be sure that really that change occurred.

The increase of the foreign investment and the ratification of the Cafta, other two elements of governmental pride, have a vague presence in the citizen information.

Education, health, highways

But not only the macroeconomic aspect, that the government considers well was handled, happens almost inadvertent through the population, but also the qualification that for of basic services like education, health and road infrastructure.

To regulate in those subjects, the government of Bolaños as soon as is recognized like good in its management of the public education by only a 22 percent of the Nicaraguans, while a 43 percent considers it to regulate.

A 18 percent thinks that the state of the highways was handled between very either and or, but a 40 percent says badly that nor or nor.

Where really it emphasizes with very good notes is in the respect to the deprived property, freedom of expression, state of the democracy, headings in which more than half of the Nicaraguans it thinks with certainty that its administration observed between very either and or.

The combat to the corruption was what it pleased more of his government, and the lack of use which less pleased of its administration, according to M&R.
