At the moment, the Public Ministry
is without general prosecutor and without attached general
prosecutor, however, the strong candidates to occupy those
positions are “political cards” of the FSLN and the PLC.
They are doctor Hundredth Julio Go'mez and the general
commissioner in retirement Ana Julia Guido.
“Those elements that could arise,
of controversial order, will correspond to him in any case
to the competent authorities to approach them, but it does
not correspond us to us (to Ortega like titling of the
Executive authority) to judge”, showed the elect President.
In the last weeks they have
denounced themselves supposed acts of corruption in the
institutions and ministries of the present government.
Pero Bolaños rejects those
accusations, while Ortega limited itself to comment that the
one will not be the new Executive authority that will direct
the possible accusations, although yes will ask for
“explanations” when it is necessary.
“In what it is necessary to
deepen, to clarify, et cetera, will be he there (Bolaños) so
that it is possible to be deepened and it is possible to be
clarified”, said Ortega.
Representatives of the PLC have
said that Bolaños must be taken to the “prisoners' dock”,
whereas members of the FSLN maintain that all the cases of
corruption must be investigated.
“ORDERED CROSSING”
Nevertheless, Ortega indicated
yesterday that until the moment the crossing of the
institutions to the new administration has happened in
sequence.
“He has come walking from ordered
way (...) have facilitated all the information that has been
asked for”, it affirmed Ortega.
As much Ortega as Bolaños agreed
in which they are “tons” of papers in information those that
they are due to give, thus is very premature to speak of
irregularities or to respond with immediacy to the doubts
that have arisen.
“It is difficult to make a balance
definitive or judgments like which there are been listening
to in mass media, because are as much information, so many
data, so many projects, so many programs (...) are not
possible to be emitting judgments in as much does not
conclude the delivery”, added Ortega.
Bolaños, who won to Ortega in the
2001, committed itself “to clarify” and “to help” the new
administration, when it is necessary in those subjects that
therefore ameriten it.
“Everything goes with great
harmony and the great seriousness and transparency (...)
S.A. ten of January, at the time of the crossing, or in
January, February, March there are things that to clarify,
questions that they have, we are at your service, we are
arranged to help him to that it loaded with this enormous
task of alleviating enough plus the poverty”, said Bolaños.
Meanwhile, Ortega reiterated that
his government will look for more approach with the
parliament to approve diverse laws.
