To surpass 12 billion of córdobas in collections is the goal
that seted out the new holder of the Main directorate of
Ingresos (DGI), Walter Clubs, that at the time of appearing
before mass media, more politician shone than technician.
Without explaining how, Clubs assured that its administration
will implement new sources of work of industrial character.
Also it said that to the previous government it did not agree to
him to promote works of industrial character and was sorry that
in Nicaragua sources of use of commercial character and services
are implemented solely, like restaurants and hotels.
After constantly thanking for to God and president Daniel Ortega
by the new administration whereupon today it tells to Nicaragua
and the DGI, Clubs attacked it against the salient director of
the institution, Róger Arteaga, that it blamed of corrupt, to
gain a thousands wage of 103 córdobas and to have assigned to
three vehicles of luxury and 200 gallons of fuel.
To the being consulted by the NEW NEWSPAPER, Arteaga denied the
allocation of the vehicles, and although it recognized that a
BMW in the institution exists, assured that this one is in badly
been.
Also, it affirmed that the 200 gallons of fuel that mentioned
Clubs, were not only for him, but that were assigned between
several civil employees.
The director of the DGI said that he found other cases of
corruption, but did not need which are.
Arteaga responded that if Clubs signed the document of delivery
of the institution, is so that it did not find anything of which
now it is mentioning, because otherwise, it would not have
signed
Than 800 million more collected
The new director of the DGI said that in the first 18 days of
the year the institution takes collected 808 million of córdobas
in taxes.
The civil employee showed that in the DGI he will respect the
labor stability and that he has only dismissed two civil
employees. One of them is Fernando Abaunza, nephew of ex- the
First Lady, Doña Lila T. Abaunza de Bolaños, who supposedly
evolved like adviser, but that is not known of whom.
The other dismissal is the one of Maria Jose Villavicencio, who
evolved like personal assistant of Arteaga and that, according
to Clubs, gained 43 thousands córdobas, which considered
excessive.
The new director of Income said that the “megasalario” to which
it has right will be trimmed, but that not immediately, since
this takes a process in the Parliament.
At the moment, he said that he leaves from his pay will destine
it to the qualification in the English language of the personnel
of the institution, and although he did not clarify to whom he
will pay to him to distribute the courses, mentioned that
between his curriculum he is the being professor of English in
the American School. |
