We will provide you with our regular newsletters and information to
keep you up to date about the developments in Nicaragua. We will
also provide you with an introduction letter and marketing
information that you can give to your clients to introduce Stealth
Nicaragua and what we can do for them. You are free to modify and
personalize to your personal style of business. We respect that.
Any communication with your client will be firstly through yourself,
unless directly addressed to us in which case we will respond and
always cc: you any communication. We do never communicate any
solicitations with your clients directly.
We will provide you and your client with the hands on knowledge
about the best real estate deals in Nicaragua, as well as the
appropriate legal steps that come with it.
Listing
Once you signed up for our affiliate program, we will list you on
our web site under the USA Affiliate Real Estate Companies. If you
have any logos or information you would like to see at this listing,
we will place that on our web site too.
Client tracking
For any client that comes through you, there is a form on our web
site where you can add their names so we can at all times trace them
back to you in our database. For any new client fill in the

Legal assistance
We will provide all of your clients with the legal assistance that
they need. I refer you to our web site location that contains all
the information and contacts we will arrange for you and your
clients.
Clients can purchase property directly as long as they have a valid

Payment of referral commissions.
We offer a 40/60 commission split. If your are completing all
the required follow up with the client then we will extend the
split to 50/50 . Further to avoid taxation and
USA reporting I recommend a Belize IBC Corporation. A

For any sale made between Rica Nica Nicaragua Real Estate and your
client you will receive the commission as agreed with both parties,
no longer than 10 days after the closing of the the sale. Again the
