Thank you for your interest in the beautiful Las Perlas de Gran Pacifica Condominiums with their stunning views of the Pacific coast of Nicaragua. All units in The Mombacho area located on a bluff only 100 feet from the ocean. The only thing between the Pacific and your Las Perlas unit are coconut palms swaying in the breeze.
All units will be rented for a period of one week. Check-in time is after 4 pm on Saturday and check-out is by 10 am the following Saturday. The following rates are in US dollars and all rentals must be secured by a 25% deposit which can be paid by either your VISA or Master Charge.
The Granada Units have beautiful wrap around balconies (terrace on the first floor) that are located on the north and south end of the Mombacho on all three floors. Two bedrooms, two baths, a King Size bed in the bedroom and a Queen Size sleeper-sofa in the living area. Sleeps up to six people.

The Rivas Suites are small efficiency units with a kitchenette and lock out door which allows you to combine the Rivas and Granada unit into a large three bedroom, three bathroom unit. The Rivas suite can you also be rented individually. One Bedroom, one Bath, King Size bed in the bedroom and a Queen Size sleeper-sofa in the sitting area. Sleeps up to four people.

The Esteli is one bedroom, one bath, a King Size bed in the bedroom and a Queen Size sofa-bed in the living room. Sleeps up to four people. Both the sala and the bedroom of the Esteli have ocean front views.

The San Juan and San Marcos Units have master bedrooms that open directly onto a balcony with a beautiful direct view of the ocean. The master bedroom of the San Juan Unit opens to a “Romeo and Juliet” balcony giving you a view of the Milky Way as you drift off to sleep.
The San Juan Unit has two bedrooms, two baths, a King Size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and queen size bed-sofa in the living room area. Sleeps up to six people.
The San Marcos Unit has two bedrooms, two baths, a King Size bed in the master bedroom, two twins beds in the second bedroom and a queen size sofa-bed in the living room area. Sleeps up to six people.
