Introducing  our General Sales Manager Kent Payne his story and why he thinks Gran Pacifica is so special. While reviewing some opportunities for investment and looking to acquire a piece of property for a home after retirement, Kent met Mike Cobb. Kent and Mike starting discussing what the other was doing....Mike and his investors had purchased 2300 acres of beach land in Nicaragua and Kent had been the Vice President of a homebuilding company in the central part of the U.S.  Kent and his wife Denise traveled to Managua in January, 2006 and met again with Mike Cobb, viewed the property, and visited with most of the other landowners and some of the shareholders.  On the fourth day on site, Kent and Denise decided to become investors and to purchase a lot (A-88) near the #3 fairway on the golf course, directly across from what will be Central Park, and the fairway is just west of the park.
 
While Kent was in Managua, Mike and Kent discussed the future of my working part-time after my retirement, about ten years from now.  After a long discussion, and several months of emails, reference follow-up, and interviews, Kent was invited to came on board full time as Vice President, Sales, for Gran Pacifica.  Kent will be working full time from my office in Edmond, Oklahoma until mid-2007, when Kent and Denise home is completed at Gran Pacifica, and they relocate permanently.
